Adjacent to the distal femoral shaft is a rounded mass lesion with well-defined borders. It has homogeneous signal characteristics: high-T2 and low-T1.
There is peripheral enhancement and enhancing oedema surrounding the lesion. Apperances are concerning for an aggressive lesion, and a biopsy was suggested.
