From the case: Post traumatic subdural hygroma

Pateint presents post trauma with CT scans obtained on arrival and two weeks later. CT head performed at 2 weeks is due to increasing confusion.

Subarachnoid haemorrhage, parafalcine subdural haemorrhages and asymmetry in the subarachnoid/subdural space overlying the left frontal lobe.

Note the interpeduncular haemorrhage
