Adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder

Several stones of various size are noted in the gallbladder. The gallbladder is not well extended and shows some mural enhancement. In the fundus and also more proximally at the infundibulum some dilated intramural diverticula are seen, so-called rosary sign.
