Asymmetrically large jugular bulb

Asymmetric jugular bulb note the marked asymmetry, with the right jugular bulb being much larger than the left. Although slightly off skewed, the asymmetrically large jugular bulb (right > L ) is easily appreciated. Not the enlarged ipsilateral sigmoid sinus.
