Aerogenous metastases are rare fromform metastases that can occur in the lung in the form of aerogenous spread along the airways. It can usually occur from primary lung cancer from a different part of the lung and less commonly from other parts of the airway such as in the case of nasopharyngeal carcinoma 2.
