Anti-RO52 antibodies

Anti-Ro52 antibodies are a form of antibodies which are associated with distinct clinical manifestations.

They target a protein called TRIM21 protein and can occur in a variety of connective tissue diseases (CTD) which include anti-Ro52-positive antisynthetase syndrome and with lung considered an important target organ 2.
