Case completeness

Case completeness is a metric (expressed as a percentage) that roughly represents how close to 'perfect' a case is on the basis of whether or not it contains various components. It is seen in the right-hand column of your cases as well as for all cases in search results and can be used to sort results. 

The components that are included in the completeness score include:
