Non specific-specific with overlap of features with pneumonias from other organisms. Can have a wide spectrum of findings inclusive of
- bronchovascular bundle thickening
- nodules
- pleural effusion
- lymphadenopathy: uncommon
- reticular or linear opacities
- airway dilatation
- pulmonary emphysema
Many have bilateral lung involvement.
