Cooks syndrome is a rare autosomal dominant genetic disorder. It is characterized by bilateral absence of distal phalanges in hand and feet, absence of nails, digitalization of thumb and little finger brachydactyly ^1,2. There was no skeletal abnormality noted in these patients. Only around 20 cases have been described in world literature ¹.
