The cubital tunnel is a space through which the ulnar nerve passes posterior to the medial epicondyle of the humerus.

- cubital tunnel retinaculum (also known as the Osborne ligament/band/retinaculum), extends from the olecranon to the medial epicondyle
- anconeus epitrochlearis (when present)
laterally: olecranon process
medially: medial epicondyle
floor: elbow joint capsule, posterior band of medial collateral ligament of the elbow joint
