Endobronchial haemangioma

An endobronchial haemangioma is a rare benign lesion that can occur in the tracheobronchial tree.

Clinical presentation

Patients may present with haemoptysis and cough.

Radiographic features

Endobronchial haemangiomas may appear occultly on chest radiographs. Commonly appear as circumscribed lesions protruding into the lumen of the trachea on CT.
