Endobronchial hemangioma

An endobronchial hemangioma is a rare benign lesion that can occur in the tracheobronchial tree.

Clinical presentation

Patients may present with hemoptysis and cough.

Radiographic features

Endobronchial hemangiomas may appear occultly on chest radiographs. Commonly appear as circumscribed lesions protruding into the lumen of the trachea on CT.
