Endobronchial lipomatous hamartoma

Endobronchial lipomatous hamartoma is a type of hamartoma, found in the conducting airways, that can be considered as a variant of endobronchial hamartoma, with a predominant lipomatous component.  In general endobronchial hamartomas are thought to contain more fat than parenchymal pulmonary hamartomas and therefore a distinct differentiation from a fat-rich endobronchial hamartoma may be difficult 2.
