- cervical leiomyoma: sometimes classified as part of uterine leiomyomas
- vaginal leiomyoma: extremely rare
- benign metastasizing leiomyoma in the pelvis
- disseminated peritoneal leiomyomatosis in the pelvis
- intravenous leiomyomatosis involving the pelvis
- parasitic leiomyoma involving the pelvis
- retroperitoneal leiomyoma in the pelvis
