Gadoversetamide (also known as OptiMARKTM) is an extracellular intravenous contrast agent used in magnetic resonance imaging.

  • linear, nonionic molecule 
  • 100% renally excreted
  • T1 relaxivity @ 1.5 T: 4.4-5.0
  • concentration: 0.5 mmol/ml
  • recommended dosage: 0.1 mmol/kg

As an extracellular contrast agent, gadoversetamide can be useful in a wide range of MRI imaging applications, including (but not limited to): hepatic imaging, pelvic imaging, cardiac imaging, brain and spine imaging, and musculoskeletal imaging.
