Gross anatomy

The orbital part of the inferior surface drains into the inferior cerebral vein, which in turn drains into the superficial middle cerebral vein and the anterior cerebral vein.

The tentorial part of the inferior surface drains into the inferior cerebral vein, which in turn drains into the base of skull dural venous sinuses and the superficial middle cerebral vein.
