Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors (IMTs) of the musculoskeletal system are extremely rare benign neoplasms, and just a few cases have been described that arise from the muscles 1.

Clinical Presentation
Patients with muscular IMTs usually manifest with compression effect on neighboring organs and may cause pain, hematuria or urinary tract obstruction.
Radiographic features
Radiological features of muscular IMTs are not specific and suggest malignant neoplasms such as rhabdomyosarcomas, whereas they are not.
