Lacrimomaxillary suture

Last revised by Craig Hacking on 7 Jul 2016

The lacrimomaxillary suture is a syndesmotic suture between frontal process of the maxilla and lacrimal bone in inferior aspect of anteromedial wall of the orbit approximately half way between the anterior and posterior lacrimal crests. It corresponds, internally, to the maxillary line in lateral wall of the nasal cavity.
