Lymphomatoid granulomatosis, also known as angiocentric lymphoma or angiocentric immunoproliferative lesion, is a rare type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma associated with Epstein-Barr virus infection.

Pathology
There is a recognized association with antecedent infection with the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV).
It can affect a variety of organs:
lung involvement: ~80% of cases 4
skin (cutaneous) involvement: 33-50% 2,4
CNS involvement: 20% 2
