Mixed vascular malformation

A mixed vascular malformation (MVM) is a relatively common congenital cerebral vascular malformation, most frequently comprising of a developmental venous anomaly and a cavernous malformation. As DVAs seldom bleed, the risk of a MVM is determined by the other component.
