Nasal sill

The nasal sill is the soft tissue ridge forming the posterior margin of the anterior naris. It also forms the caudal margin of the nasal vestibule.

The nasal sill forms part of the nasal base, which is defined as the inferior third of the nose when viewing the nose from below with the neck extended.
