Olfactory neuroepithelioma (9523/3) is a rare tumor which mimics olfactory neuroblastomas (9500/3) in presentation and imaging features and is often used synonymously with the latter 1-2.

  • neural processes and glandular differentiation
  • rarely secrete catecholamines
  • express cytokeratin
  • express Ber-EP4
