An oncocytic papillary cystadenoma is a rare lesion that can occur as a result of oncocytic cell proliferation. They typically occur in the upper respiratory tract (predominantly larynx but occasionally the nasopharynx and very rarely, outside the respiratory tract, in the parotid glands 2).
