Placental chorioangiomatosis is an extremely rare condition where numerous placental chorioangiomas involve the placenta. The individual chorioangiomas can be of varying size.
Complications
Recognized complications include
- precipitation of fetal hydrops 2
- fetal anemia
- fetal cerebral emboli 1
