Porocarcinoma (eccrine porocarcinoma) is a rare type of malignant eccrine sweat gland tumour, more frequently encountered in the lower extremities (feet & legs). It arises from intraepidermal portion of eccrine sweat glands or acrosyringium.

It represents 0.005-0.01% of all cutaneous tumours. Even though it rarely metastasis at distance, 20% of patients with a porocarcinoma will present with regional lymph node metastases.
