Post-lung transplant bronchiolitis obliterans is a type of obliterative bronchiolitis that can occur as chronic post-lung transplantation complication. Clinically, it can present as part of the post-transplant bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome under the umbrella of chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD)
