Pseudobladder

Pseudobladder refers to a pelvic cystic mass that simulates the urinary bladder.

The location of the lesion should allow differentiation from the bladder but if doubt exists and clinical necessity arises, a delayed phase CT or MRI with excreted contrast or IDC-administered retrograde contrast filling the bladder will differentiate the bladder.
