Pulmonary blastomas (PBs) comprise a rare group of lung tumours principally consisting of immature mesenchymal and epithelial structures that structurally mimic the embryonic lung. They are usually diagnosed in paediatric populations, however have been identified in young adults up to the fourth decade. Given the rarity of PB there is currently no standardised treatment regime.5
