The quadrangular space (or quadrilateral space) is one of three spaces located in the posterior compartment of the arm, along with the lateral triangular space and medial triangular space that allow communication between the axilla and posterior compartment of the arm.

medial: lateral border of the long head of the triceps brachii muscle
lateral: medial cortex of the surgical neck of humerus
superior: inferior border of the teres minor muscle
inferior: superior border of the teres major muscle
anterior: subscapularis muscle
posterior: teres minor muscle
