Renal antibioma

Renal antibiomas are postinflammatory cystic fluid collections during or after antibiotic treatment for acute pyelonephritis. These are usually < 3 cm sized, with no or minimal post contrast wall enhancement or thickening.

They may mimic a renal abscess or perinephric abscess.
