Right upper lobe anterior segment

The right upper lobe anterior segment (segment 3) is one of the three bronchopulmonary segments of the right upper lobe. It is the most anterior of the segments in the right upper lobe lying below the apical segment, anterior to the posterior segment, and above the horizontal fissure.
