Secretan disease

Secretan disease refers to rare situation of post-traumatic firm oedema of the dorsum of the hand. The diagnosis can be considered in the setting of remote trauma and a fibrotic plaque-like lesion involving both the subcutaneous and tendinous spaces.

  • hypointense on T1 and T2-weighted imaging
