Short article structure

Short articles are sometimes all that is required. Typically these are for signs, trivial conditions with little to describe, definitions of terms, etc. 

For such articles little is required and it is difficult to set out a standard form. Suffice to say that, where possible, the layout should be the same as that for longer articles. Headings should be used in the same fashion although oftentimes are not actually needed.

NB: short articles are different from stubs
