wrist
- extensor carpi ulnaris (medial)
shoulder
- long head of biceps (medial +/- into the glenohumeral joint if subscapularis torn)
ankle
- peroneal brevis and longus (lateral or medial)
- tibialis posterior (medial and anterior)
