Trident hand

A trident hand is a description where the hands are short with stubby fingers, with a separation between the middle and ring fingers. 

The appearance mimics a trident, the three-pronged spear of classical Greece. The trident is most commonly associated with the sea god Poseidon in Greek mythology.
