Regarding uterine leiomyosarcomas, which is NOT true:

interpretation of diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) in the presence of intralesional haemorrhage should occur with caution

prognosis is poor, with 5-year survival of 17-55% even when discovered at an early stage

suggestive features include: presence of enlarged lymph nodes or peritoneal deposits, heterogeneous T2 signal, low ADC, intralesional haemorrhage

the vast majority of uterine leiomyosarcomas arise from malignant degeneration of an existing uterine leiomyoma

uterine leiomyosarcomas are very rare
