Wrist radiograph

Wrist radiographs are ubiquitous in emergency departments. They are commonly performed in the pediatric and elderly populations after a fall on an outstretched hand as well as in patients after higher force trauma. Moreover, they may be performed as part of a skeletal survey looking for metabolic disease.
