Work up for dysphagia and chest pain.

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

There are dilatation and stasis in the esophagus with tapering at the lower esophageal sphincter and narrowing at the gastro-esophageal junction with characteristic appearances of bird beak sign.
