Lobulated, enhancing supraumbilical anterior abdominal wall mass centered in the abdominal fat and abutting the rectus abdominis muscles.
Case Discussion
Biopsy proven and subsequently resected abdominal wall desmoid tumor, with fairly characteristic appearance. Desmoid tumors can be seen in a variety of age groups but have a special association with younger women/childbearing age and can occur during or after pregnancy.
