Urinary bladder wall calcification. Calcific lesion along the course of the right ureter.

Urinary bladder wall calcification and right-sided ureteric calculi. Status post ureteric stent implantation. Irregular cortical thinning, calcifications, and asymmetric pelvicalyceal dilatation in the right kidney. Note that the left distal ureter also displays dilatation and inhomogeneous wall calcifications.
