Presentation

Pain left knee for about 1 year. Recurrent minor trauma.

x-ray

Single fragment of tibial tuberosity is noted along with thickening of patellar tendon (14 mm). Soft tissue window demonstrating thickening of the soft tissue and patellar tendon. Normal contralateral knee.
