There is an avulsion fracture involving greater trochanter of right femur. There is no extension of fracture line towards lesser trochanter - meaning no intertrochanteric fracture.
There is abnormal narrow neck of femur with apparently large femur head - sequelae of poliomyelitis.
Case Discussion
Finding of greater trochanteric avulsion fracture of right femur in case of previous poliomyelitis.
