Fracture of distal femur involving physis and metaphysis.
AP valgus stress view: significant opening of the medial compartment of femorotibial joint noted suggesting significant injury/tear of medial collateral ligament.
Case Discussion
ORIF (open reduction internal fixation) done: significant MCL injury confirmed. End-to-end suturing done. Screw fixation for femoral fracture.
