Presentation

Male patient with giddiness. No focal neurological deficit at presentation.

Left sided extra-axial lesion at the medial temporal region with posterior fossa extension. It is extending to the Meckel's cave on the left side and is causing mass effect on the brain stem due to extension into the cerebellopontine angle cistern. The lesion has solid and cystic components seen on Post Gadolinium axial image.
