A large left-sided mass filling the lateral nasal cavity and the maxillary antrum.
Case Discussion
MRI of a patient with a large left-sided mass filling the lateral nasal cavity and the maxillary antrum.
The differential includes:
- inverting papilloma
- antrochoanal polyp
- sinonasal carcinoma (adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma)
- lymphoma
Histology revealed this to be a sinonasal adenocarcinoma.
