Urinary incontinence after hysterectomy, with watery vaginal discharge

Intravenous pyelogram shows soaking of vaginal packing with contrast.

Grade I hydroureteronephrosis right side with soaking of vaginal packing with contrast.

CT urography shows contrast in the vagina.
