Adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder

Stones of various size are noted in the gallbladder. The gallbladder is not well distended and demonstrates mural enhancement. Multiple dilated intramural diverticula of the gallbladder giving the appearance of rosary sign.
Case Discussion
CT features of adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder. On CT the gallbladder is known to have the characteristic appearance of wall thickening and a rosary sign.
