Status post right mastectomy 2 years for an intraductal carcinoma of the breast.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

Right cerebellopontine angle enhancing lesion with extensive surrounding edema. Secondary effacement of the fourth ventricle and mild supratentorial obstructive hydrocephalus.

Right cerebellar hemispheric enhancing lesion with extensive vasogenic edema. Effacement of the fourth ventricle and mild supratentorial obstructive hydrocephalus.

Case Discussion

CECT and MRI brain demonstrate an enhancing cerebellar lesion.

Pathology:

Metastatic carcinoma with extensive necrosis compatible with metastasis from primary ductal carcinoma of the breast.
