Mammography demonstrates a region of architectural distortion and pleomorphic calcification. Corresponding finding of a spiculated mass on ultrasound.

Pathology report:

Poorly differentiated (Grade III) ductal carcinoma fn NOS with focal mucin secretion and probable lobular differentiation.  Associated intermediate grade DCIS with microcalcification.
