Bilateral enlarged distal ureters. No evidence of hydronephrosis, obstructive lesion or any renal anomaly.
Case Discussion
There is no history of abdominal surgery, trauma or other interventions.
Differential diagnosis includes:
- congenital megaureter
- bilateral vesicoureteric reflux
Considering appearance and age, finding most likely represent congenital megaureters.
