Presentation

Vague abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
ct

Bilateral enlarged distal ureters. No evidence of hydronephrosis, obstructive lesion or any renal anomaly.

Case Discussion

There is no history of abdominal surgery, trauma or other interventions.

Differential diagnosis includes:

  • congenital megaureter
  • bilateral vesicoureteric reflux

Considering appearance and age, finding most likely represent congenital megaureters
